The world-renowned sneaker company chose the adidas Samba OG 75th Anniversary Pack Black to celebrate its 75th anniversary because the Samba debuted in 1949, the same year the company launched.
For this celebratory shoe, the base is composed of premium tumbled black leather with a black suede T-toe overlay. Smooth white leather is used for the signature serrated side-panel 3-Stripes, as well as the eyestay and heel overlays. The tongue is black leather, while the sock liner is white leather. Gold lettering forms the Samba branding on the outer side panel, as well as the 75 and trefoil branding that hits each heel tab. The textured black foam midsole rides on a black rubber outsole that sports a pattern designed to absorb impact and provide grip
